They treated us like royalty.

I felt totally spoiled. The staff learned our names immediately and greeted us every time we walked in or out. The valet service was wonderful.

The hotel seems tired, and the place was noisy.

The place was noisy as plumbing sounds and conversations outside and in the hall felt like they were in the room. We got a great deal on the price so it worked out great.
